SVR CV60 FLOW CHART 

Harvesting Latex:

Latex is extracted from rubber trees through a process called tapping. Incisions are made in the bark, allowing the latex to flow into collection cups.

Coagulation:

The collected latex undergoes coagulation, where it is treated with coagulating agents to transform the liquid latex into a semi-solid state. This process separates the rubber particles from the liquid.

Rolling and Granulating:

Rolling latex: converting coagulated latex into thin sheets.

Granulating latex: breaking down natural rubber latex into granules or small particles.

Chopping latex

Breaking down or cutting latex into smaller pieces.

Drying

In industrial settings, mechanical drying methods such as hot air drying or infrared drying may be employed to accelerate the

process and ensure consistency.

Baling

The dried and inspected rubber sheets are compressed into bales for ease of storage and transportation.

Packaging and Distribution
